The atmosphere felt welcoming, with great staff who
were eager to help us find our way around. The pool was a highlight, and the adult-only swim times added a nice touch. However, the outdated decor could use some modernization to enhance the experience.

The location was ideal for exploring local attractions, and the outdoor patio created a lovely ambiance for evening relaxation! The shower in our room worked perfectly and provided a refreshing experience.
The restaurant hours seemed inconsistent, which was a bit disappointing. It would help if the staff received more training for better service.

Where it excels and where it fails
The bed is extraordinarily comfortable, allowing me to sleep like a baby. I particularly enjoyed the lovely hot tub with adult-only swim times, providing peace and tranquility.
The parking situation was somewhat limited, making it a challenge during busier times. Additionally, I found the restaurant hours inconsistent, which led to a bit of disappointment while trying to dine.

close proximity to the event, nice outdoor patio, beautifully designed garden
The lack of functioning ice machines is baffling!!! Information about hotel layouts should be readily available, not a hidden gem!!! An early kitchen closure should never be acceptable!!! It felt like the place simply needs more upkeep!!!

It was just a fitting option for a city holiday in Woodland Park with great value for money. The staff was friendly and tried to help, which made things a bit better. Check the ice machine before you settle in. we found both were out of order.

The king room was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The swimming pool and hot tub were a delightful experience, especially with the adult-only swim times. Dining on the deck while watching a deer forage made the meal even more memorable. However, the parking situation could be a bit limited during busy times, and while the room was functional, it didn't offer any luxurious features.
